Kickstart your day with a nutritious breakfast to fuel your body and mind.  I enjoy some simple avocado toast with tomatoes and sea salt.  Granola, Greek yogurt and berries are another good option.

Afternoon

Re-energize with a wholesome lunch to power through the rest of your day.

Evening

Wind down with a balanced dinner to replenish and rejuvenate for the next day.

Snacks

Savor satisfying and nutritious snacks to keep you energized and focused.  I like to grab a handful of almonds, or some apples with peanut butter.  You could also try a string cheese or a clementine orangel.
